Printed Electronics OLED

On the second day of the successful IDTechEx conference Printed Electronics Asia the subjects were OLED Display technology, E-Paper Display, Printing Technology, Material Advances and Future Possibilities.

Seiko Epson is famous for piezo electric inkjet printing and it is this printing platform that the company is applying to printing electronic materials. Paul Patterson of Seiko Epson gives IDTechEx a brief insight into the company's history and expertise with printed electronics.

In collaboration with Silvaco Data Systems, CDT has developed a model to design and simulate circuits using OTFT (organic thin film transistor) technology.
